KCPL - Electricity Bill ($30 in summer, can go upto $100 in winter).

ISTA - Utilities Bill (Sewer, Garbage and water) - $15 per month (fixed)

Apt is clean and neatly maintained. Kitchen is setup; also has basic furnishing (sofa, table etc).
