Hi, We are looking for one person to share one bedroom in our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house from December 23, 2008. Our house is located very close to ASU in Tempe and has an easy access to all freeways. Rent is $450. It is a very quiet and safe community, great for students and employees. Your room is completely furnished (1 study table with chair, 1 queen size bed and a side table; basically what you need). Washer and dryer available. Direct TV with local and Indian channels available. There is a community spa and pool.
