This shall be an ideal location for those who work in Chandler at *****Intel, Wells Fargo, Pearson, etc*****. We could consider giving you a ride to your job location in the morning in case you do not have a car and you work in the Chandler/Gilbert area and you can return by bus in the evening or we could work out a pickup. ********Rent is $450/- per month including utilities*********. We are vegetarians and so look for someone who shall be OK with vegetarian food at home. The room is 11ftx10ft size along with a closet. Room is fully furnished with a bed, computer desk with hutch, shelves, TV, tubelight etc. along with a separate bathroom, Washer/Dryer, broadband internet connection, one car garage etc. We are a family of four with two children, a son (8yrs) and a daughter(2yrs). We are looking for someone who shall be like our family member with mutual adjustment in food menu. No deposit and no lease but rent shall be due on the 1st of every month.
